3. Scanning Services
At Up Country Fine Art we have 3 ways to scan your film or slides to make them digital.
We have a Hasselblad photo 35mm-6x7 scanner and a Umax flatbed scanner up to 8x10.
When choosing the size of the scan remember to think about the largest print size you will make. It's easer to downsize your scan but it’s not that easy to upscale your scan for best quality. We offer both 8bit and 16bit .JPEG and in some cases we can also do .TIF files. We will help you to determine the best device to scan you work.
4. Slide Scanning Services or Old Photos
Each scan image is 300 dpi which is good for archiving and a small print size.
If your slides mounts are cracked, bent or damaged in any way there will be additional handling charges. Please separate your Ekachrome and Kodachrome slides in separate groups.
